Executive Producer/Producer
In “Aesthetic Surgery”, a recent book by prestigious art publishers Taschen Books, DR. WOFFLES WU was featured as one of the world’s 19 most renowned aesthetic surgeons. He is most famous for inventing the Woffles Lift, an innovative procedure whereby facelifts are done without excising any skin, and where patients are able to resume activities the same day of the operation. Aside from being a former national ten-pin bowler and snooker player, Dr Wu also maintains a keen interest in the arts. He is a painter whose work has been exhibited in Singapore and Taiwan, and has acted in film, on TV and the stage. As a 5 year-old living in England, he was cast as an orphan boy in the classic film, “The Inn of Sixth Happiness” starring Ingrid Bergman. He appeared as a singer and dancer in the 1977 and 1978 productions of the musical, “STARDUST” directed by Pat Chan. In 2004, he appeared in both The Necessary Stage’s comedy, “Starlight”, and jazz diva Jacintha Abisheganaden’s sell out stage show. An avid cinephile, he now wishes to further develop Singaporean cinema, beginning with Singapore Dreaming.
